Industry Upstart Agrees to Double Magazines Subscriber Base in Digital For Publishers Who Use Their MagTitan™ Software

Of Eleven Media's Technology Platform Gives Publisher's Path to Long-Term Digital Viability

Sarasota, FL: Traditional print publishers, who have long struggled with slipping readership and ad revenues, are receiving a new path to profitability from an unlikely source -- digital publishing technology.

Since the advent of the iPhone, the static print replica format has been the defacto standard for digital magazines. The easy to produce, but difficult to view format, has resulted in lackluster readership, sliding issue open rates, and non- existent digital revenues for publishers. Most have abandoned hope of generating meaningful revenue from their digital editions, resorting instead to giving digital ads away for free to print edition advertisers.

In 2015, Of Eleven Media's MagTitan™ (magtitan.com) was the first software to offer a significantly different format alternative. They've developed the only digital publishing software that has resolved the difficult technological issue of preserving premium full page ad units, while dynamically resizing content on the fly, so readers never need to pinch, zoom or squint in order to read. USA Today is one of the early adopters of the platform.

Today, Of Eleven Media has announced a pilot program that doubles the subscribers of publications using their MagTitan™ software.

Thru April 30th, 2016, magazines subscribing to MagTitan's annual Publisher level license will receive a guaranteed digital circulation increase of double their current combined print and digital subscribership, up to 50,000 new digital subscribers. Annual Pro level licensees will receive a 50% increase in subscribers, up to 12,500 new subscribers. For pilot program participants, there is no additional charge for the new subscribers.

This is a significant development as circulation is typically a publisher's 3rd largest expense, behind printing and payroll. "The circulation development savings go straight to the bottom line," remarked Kevin Harrington, Original Shark from ABC's hit show Shark Tank and Publisher of Sharkpreneur magazine. "[Many] publishers will end up reducing their circulation expense by more than it costs to use the software."

This new circulation component is part of Of Eleven Media's larger mission of providing publishers with a path to long term sustainability. "With MagTitan, publishers have the option of getting paid on performance, every time a digital ad gets read. When we double their subscriber base, their digital revenues double too," said Larry Genkin, CEO at Of Eleven Media. "Not bad when you compare it to the $0 they're likely earning from their print replica editions today." Licenses for MagTitan™ which include the new subscriber component, range from $5,998 to $23,988 annually. Payment plans are available. Full details are available at magtitan.com.
